Monitoring Your Facebook Privacy

It seems lately that everyone, including us here at TechTalk, has been talking about Facebook and the privacy issues that seem to plague them. May 31 has been designated as “Quit Facebook Day” (here is a link to more info about that). Below I am putting a couple of links to articles on how to check your Facebook privacy settings. I urge you to check them out and to frequently monitor all of your online privacy settings.

My Custom PC Build

I’ve been promising for some time to put up pics and specs on the gaming PC that Jason and I built.  Actually Jason did the lion share of the fabrication and I could not have done it without him.  He does amazing work.  We started with a an old Sun Ultra 10 case and completely gutted it (even down to the frame inside the case).  Using some sheet aluminum Jason had in his garage we fabricated a new frame, a new motherboard mounting plate, and a new custom made rear panel.
Inside of this new frame we crammed an Asus M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 7910GX ATX  motherboard, an AMD Phenom II X4 945 Deneb 3.0GHz Quad-Core processor, 4G of DDR3 1333 Dual Channel RAM, an XFX Radeon 4870X2 video card, and two Western Digital Caviar Black 640G 7200RPM hard drives.  I’m using an Acer 19.5″ LCD monitor that I love, thinking about getting a second one to take advantage of the dual video card.  I also kept my Logitec G15 keyboard that I’m very attached to and my Logitech G5 mouse.

I’m also running Windows 7 64-bit for my operating system.

So far I love the configuration and have no problems with any of the hardware or software.  Below are some pics of my build.
